AI animation generates a real video clip from your still image, with natural movement, lip-sync for dialogue, and optional background audio. This costs credits and uses the animation model you've selected.

Using the prompt

The Animate & Dialogue Prompt tells the AI how the shot should move and what characters should say. You can describe action, camera movement, and dialogue together.

1. Click on a shot to open the Scene panel

2. Under Animation, select Prompt

3. Add an Animate & Dialogue Prompt to guide the motion (optional but recommended if you want something specific to happen in the shot)

4. Choose your animation model using the model picker at the bottom

5. Click Animate with AI

You can also animate a shot through chat:

• "Animate shot 5" or "Animate @shot5"

• "Animate @shot3 and zoom in his face as he smiles"

• "Animate @shot2 with @Sofia saying 'This is my favorite product'"
