Want to adjust how your media sits in a scene? You can resize it and control exactly where it lives on the canvas. This works for any media, whether it’s uploaded or generated.
Steps
-
Click the scene thumbnail you want to edit.
-
In the scene toolbar, choose Design.
-
Inside Design, select the Layout tab.
-
Use the Size slider to make your image or video smaller or larger.
-
Use the Position Pad (the small square with a movable dot) to choose where the media sits in the frame.
-
Move the dot toward a corner or edge to anchor the media there (top-left, center, bottom-right, etc.).
-
Keep the dot in the center to center the media on the canvas.
-
What is the Position Pad?
The Position Pad is a simple controller that sets the anchor point of your media. Think of it like a compass for placement:
-
Dot in the middle = centered
-
Dot toward an edge = aligned to that edge
-
Dot in a corner = snapped to that corner
If anything feels off or unresponsive, try reselecting the scene in the timeline, reopen Design → Layout and adjust again.
Please note this is not currently available in the mobile app.
