Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy generative models across multiple modalities
- Lead product design across the entire user journey, from exploration to final pixel
- Design intuitive, beautiful interfaces for a complex, AI-powered creation tool
- Build and own our design system from scratch
- Shape the look and feel of our brand across product and marketing
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ship features fast
- Talk to users regularly and use feedback to iterate quickly
- Set the bar for quality, clarity, and delight in everything we ship
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve designed and shipped real products, and improved them through thoughtful iteration
- You’re excited to work across different surfaces: product UI, design systems, and brand
- You bring strong opinions about user experience, from high-level flows to the smallest interactions
- You care deeply about the details — from spacing and alignment to animation and copy — and you're quick to fix what feels off
- You move fast, communicate clearly, and prioritize progress
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and know how to bring clarity and structure when it’s needed
