In a narrow alley in Bandung, there's a large mirror that's been left abandoned since the old house was demolished. Residents always avoid it, because the reflection lags behind the original movement by a second. One night, a child was playing around in the mirror. It started out normal… until the reflection smiled, even though he wasn't smiling. The reflection then raised its hand, signaling "come here." The child turned and ran—but the mirror was now empty. The reflection… never returned.
