You can start creating a video in a few different ways, depending on what you have:
Prompt Box: Start with an idea
You can start by entering a simple idea in the prompt box. Hypernatural will use it to generate a script for you.
Example (idea prompt):
A story about a ship captain stranded at sea.
ℹ️ If you have any specific instructions (e.g., only a narrator, no narrator, or names for your characters), include them in your prompt.
Prompt Box: Start with a screenplay
You can also paste a screenplay directly into the prompt box. This is best when you already have dialogue written and want your characters to speak.
You can include:

Character lines (dialogue)

Optional narrator lines

Scene descriptions (to guide visuals)
Example (screenplay):
[Scene: The Captain’s quarters, lantern light, rain tapping the windows] Narrator: The storm had been chasing them for days. Captain: We’re running out of supplies. First Mate: Then we don’t have time to waste.
ℹ️ Characters with dialogue will be cast and voiced.
Voiceover: Paste a script (narrator-only)
Click the + icon in the prompt box and select Voiceover.
Use this option when:

Your video has only a narrator

You have an exact script you want read out loud

You don’t want the script interpreted as dialogue
Important: The Voiceover option is a true voiceover track—everything you paste will be read by the narrator. That means you should not include scene headers, stage directions, or character labels unless you want the narrator to say them out loud.
Example (recommended):
I used to think I needed the perfect idea to start. But the truth is, momentum comes first. So today, I’m making something small—and finishing it.
Example (avoid):
[Scene 1: A stormy deck at sea] Narrator: The storm had pushed the crew to their limits.
Because the narrator will literally read: “Scene one: a stormy deck at sea…”
✅ Best for explainers, ads, and any narrator-only video where you want word-for-word reading.
Narrated Audio or Video: Upload an audio or video file
Click the + icon in the prompt box and upload an audio or video file.

The uploaded audio becomes the narration

The file must include spoken voice

If you upload a video, shots will be blended with AI-generated visuals
Generate your video
Once you’ve:

Entered your idea or script
-
Selected animation style, aspect ratio, and video length
Click the green arrow 
to generate and format your script.
You can then:

Edit or delete text
-
Request broader changes using the Change script… prompt
When you’re ready, click Make video (20) to generate your video.
(The number reflects the credits used for the initial generation.)
