How can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your account settings.

Select Profile & Subscriptions.

Click Manage Plan.
Your subscription works across web and mobile, as long as you log in with the same email address.
How do Hypernatural subscriptions work?
Hypernatural is available with a paid subscription. Subscriptions include access to Hypernatural’s video creation tools, plus a set number of credits based on your plan.
Credits are used to generate and enhance content, including images, narration, animations, edits, and other advanced generation features.
Your plan determines how many credits you receive each billing period. Plans with higher credit allotments let you generate more content.

When do subscription credits refresh and expire?
Subscription credits are added to your account when your subscription starts or renews. You can view your current credit balance in the navigation bar in the app. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the monthly billing period.

Annual subscription credits expire at the end of the annual billing period.
When your subscription renews successfully, your new subscription credit balance is added for the next billing period.
What are purchased add-on credits?
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits with an active subscription.
Purchased add-on credits do not expire. However, you need an active subscription to use credits in Hypernatural.
If your subscription is cancelled or inactive, you won’t be able to use remaining credits until you start or reactivate a paid subscription.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, you receive prorated subscription credits for the remainder of your current billing period.
For example, if you upgrade to a plan with a higher credit allotment, you receive the difference in credits based on the time remaining in your billing period.
At your next renewal date:

you will be charged the full price of the new plan

you will receive the full subscription credit allotment for that plan
What happens to my credits if I downgrade my plan?
If you downgrade your plan, your new plan will take effect at your next renewal date.
At your next renewal date:

you will be charged the price of the new plan

you will receive the credit allotment for the new plan

any unused subscription credits from the previous billing period will expire

What’s the difference between monthly and annual plans?
Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed once per month.

Credits are added monthly and expire at the end of each monthly billing period.
Annual plans

Annual plans are billed once per year.

Credits are added annually and expire at the end of the annual billing period.

Annual plans may offer the best value if you plan to create videos regularly.
What payment methods are available?
Hypernatural uses Stripe as our primary billing provider. You may be able to subscribe using:

Available payment options may vary by region.
What is Hypernatural’s refund policy?
Hypernatural subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
Refunds are generally not issued for subscription payments, except where required by law or outlined in our Terms of Service.
If you wish to stop your subscription from renewing, cancel it at least one day before your renewal date.
Unused subscription time, unused subscription credits, and purchased add-on credits are not refundable unless required by law or outlined in our Terms of Service.
