How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Hypernatural subscription at any time by managing your plan from your account settings.

Select Profile & Subscriptions.

Click Manage Plan.

Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Where should I cancel my subscription?
You must manage your subscription on the same platform where you originally purchased it.
If you subscribed on the web, manage your subscription through Hypernatural on the web.
If you subscribed through a mobile app store, manage your subscription through that app store’s subscription settings. Hypernatural cannot directly cancel subscriptions that are managed by Apple or Google.
Your account and videos are still accessible across web and mobile as long as you log in with the same email address.
How do I cancel a web subscription?
If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel from your Hypernatural account.

How do I cancel an Apple App Store subscription?
If your Hypernatural subscription is billed through the Apple App Store, you’ll need to cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Hypernatural cannot directly manage or cancel Apple App Store subscriptions.
How do I cancel a Google Play subscription?
If your Hypernatural subscription is billed through Google Play, you’ll need to cancel it through Google Play subscriptions.
To manage your Google Play subscription:

Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Tap your Profile icon.

Go to Payments & Subscriptions.

Tap Subscriptions.

Select Hypernatural.

Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Hypernatural cannot directly manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions.
When should I cancel to avoid renewal?
Hypernatural subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
T
o avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least one day before your renewal date.
If you cancel after your subscription renews, the cancellation will apply to the next billing period.
What happens after I cancel?
After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
During that time, you can continue using the features included with your plan.
Once your subscription ends, you’ll still be able to log in and view your account. However, generating new content or using paid generation features requires an active subscription.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Subscription credits expire at the end of your billing period and do not roll over.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your remaining subscription credits until the end of your current billing period. Any unused subscription credits will expire when the billing period ends.
Purchased add-on credits do not expire. However, you need an active subscription to use credits in Hypernatural. If your subscription ends, you won’t be able to use purchased add-on credits until you start or reactivate a paid subscription.
Unused credits are not refundable.
Can I change my billing renewal date?
Billing renewal dates generally cannot be changed directly.
If your subscription is managed through Google Play, you cannot directly change the monthly renewal date. To change your billing date, you would need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe on the date you want your new billing cycle to start.
Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the existing billing period after cancellation.
Can I get a refund after canceling?
Hypernatural does not generally issue refunds for subscription payments, except where required by law or outlined in our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are billed automatically and are non-refundable, even if the subscription was not actively used.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous charges.
Unused subscription time, unused subscription credits, and purchased add-on credits are not refundable, except where required by law or outlined in our Terms of Service.
