What happens while Hypernatural works

Generation happens in the background, so your assistant checks in and reports back. Most of the time that's a simple "still working" or "done, here's what changed" — but sometimes it needs something from you before it can continue:

• A question about your request — if what you asked for is ambiguous, your assistant relays the question and applies your answer.

• A choice between reference images — if a name could match more than one saved character or product, you'll be asked to pick.

• A credit top-up — if your team's balance runs out mid-generation.

• A decision that needs the visual editor — some changes are easier to make by looking at the timeline than by describing them in words; when that's the case, your assistant will point you to the app instead of guessing.

Finish in the app

MCP builds and edits your video, but rendering the final file and exporting happens in Hypernatural itself. Once your video's ready, your assistant hands you a link straight to it in the editor.

• Give style, setting, and mood up front — you'll spend less time correcting later

• Edit one thing at a time for predictable results ("shorten shot 2," not "fix the pacing")
