Program Terms

These Creative Partnership Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Hypernatural Creative Partnership Program (“CPP”), operated by Hypernatural Systems, Inc. (“Hypernatural,” “we,” or “us”).
By participating in CPP, you (“Creator” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
CPP is a flexible, non-exclusive creative program designed to support experimentation, learning, and creative exploration using Hypernatural’s tools.
CPP is not:
an employment relationship
a consulting or services engagement
a guarantee of paid work, commissions, or future opportunities
Participation is voluntary and exploratory. You are not required to produce any specific number of videos or deliverables.
2. Participation & Access
As part of CPP, Hypernatural may provide you with:
Access to Hypernatural’s product and features (including early or beta features)
Product credits for creative experimentation
Optional feedback, community access, or informal check-ins
Access and benefits may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time at Hypernatural’s discretion.
3. Optional Per-Video Stipends
From time to time, Hypernatural may offer optional per-video stipends for select creative outputs created during CPP.
Key points:
Current stipend amount: $25 USD per approved video
Stipends are discretionary, not guaranteed, and approval-based
Hypernatural may cap the number of videos eligible per creator or per month
Participation in CPP does not require creating any videos
Stipends are not wages, salary, or hourly compensation
Approved stipends, if any, will be paid in arrears and may require tax information.
4. Ownership & Use of CPP Work
You retain ownership of your original ideas and any pre-existing materials.
By participating in CPP, you grant Hypernatural a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, repost, reference, and share any videos or creative work you create using Hypernatural as part of CPP for purposes including:
product examples
marketing and communications
educational or community content
internal demonstrations
This license includes permission to use your name, handle, and likeness in connection with showcasing CPP work.
5. Confidentiality & Early Access
During CPP, you may receive access to non-public information, including:
beta or unreleased features
product roadmap details
private communications
You agree not to disclose or share any non-public Hypernatural information without permission. This obligation continues after participation ends.
6. Independent Relationship
You participate in CPP as an independent creator. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, contractor relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
You are free to work with other tools, platforms, or companies.
7. Termination
Participation in CPP is at-will.
You or Hypernatural may end participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Termination does not affect:
licenses already granted
confidentiality obligations
payment of any approved but unpaid stipends
8. No Guarantee of Future Work
Participation in CPP does not guarantee:
paid commissions
series partnerships
brand collaborations
continued access or compensation
Any future paid or scoped work will require a separate written agreement.
9. Changes to These Terms
Hypernatural may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Acceptance
By participating in CPP, accessing CPP benefits, or replying affirmatively to a CPP invitation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
